I’ve been having issues with the white tower hitron modem. This is my second modem that is suffering the same issues. The problem I’m getting is the modem is resetting on its own every so often killing both wired and wireless connections. I thought getting a replacement modem would fix the issue but it hasn’t. It does suck that you have to wait a few days to get the firmware update though. I would reboot the modem morning and night in bridge mode until it upgrades, as that may prevent the modem lock up issue after 12-16 hours.
